We are in our third week of the pledge quarter, and things are well on their way. The pledge brothers are in good spirits despite staying busy with interviews and event planning. Last Sunday, the pledge class survived its very first pledge meeting. Despite the inexperience with Robert's Rules and the pressure to perform well in front of the brothers, everyone did a stellar job. It was clear that everyone researched and prepared for the meeting well. Keep it up everyone! It can only get better from here. In other news, our Financial Chair, Charles Lam is planning a carwash to raise money for the pledge class. All the brothers are encouraged to bring their car and help support the Psi class fundraising effort. In addition, our Professional chair, Lawrence Tang, is bringing a speaker who will discuss financial advising for college students. For more information on our events, please go to our Upcoming Events page. Please keep in mind that this website is a work in progress and is slowly being updated as it takes shape and form. Some links may not be working as of today, but they will certainly be up soon. Thank you to all the brothers who have been patient and supportive as we begin our journey toward becoming Delta Sigma Pi initiates. Please check back soon for more updates.

Merry Christmas and happy Winter Break! Finals are over, and we can finally take a much needed breather to look back on the past few weeks. Much has occurred since the last update, and it’s due time to fill everyone in. The Psi Pledge Class has been busy over the past month as we are working hard to complete our requirements. Revealing night was an exciting evening for all of us as we finally got to discover our Big Bros after a week of waiting and anticipation. While some guessed their Big Bros from the start, others had a much more “difficult” time. December 5th was an enjoyable time for the pledges as we got together at Charles’s house for our very first Secret Santa party. Everyone exchanged gifts, sang karaoke, and got quality bonding time with each other. The prize for most creative present goes to June-June who skillfully captured Greg’s love for Eva Longoria. In terms of the Brother Party, the wheels are well in motion. The invitations have been made and creatively distributed, and the party has been set for January 7th. The party has a pirate theme, so make sure to make your own costume and compete for the prize! We have also been very successful with our fundraising efforts both from the magazine sales, Krispy Kreme, and Bowling Bonanza fundraiser. Again, a huge thank you to all the Brothers who came out and supported us. We hope that you enjoyed yourself as much as we did. The money will give us a solid base to complete our events and finish this pledge term in a strong fashion. But even though this pledge term seems to be winding down, there is still much to do and much to accomplish. We will be meeting twice over Winter Break to work on our skit, banner, and brother party. We will also be having another Krispy Kreme fundraiser on December 30th, so feel free to stop by if you’re in thearea! Until then, merry Christmas and happy New Year!!!
Happy New Year everyone! With the holidays over, the Psi Pledge Class is again hard at work. The pledge term is quickly winding down, and we are now focused on finishing strong and maintaining the level of performance that we have achieved thus far. We are pleased with our fundraiser in Daly City; it was a successful one and it will help us with future expenses. Last night, January 7th, the pledges held their pirate themed Brother Party. It was a night of food, games, music, and sword fighting, and everyone had a wonderful time. A huge congratulations to Greg for organizing the event and a huge thank you to Christina for taking the lead with food and decorations. Overall, the party turned out to be a very big success. Great job everyone! It was a team effort, and we allpulled through. Make sure to check out the pictures! The pledge class now turns to its last week of pledging. We are doing a lot of banquet work, creating the banner, studying for quizzes, finishing up interviews, and preparing for the final and formal evaluations. We are also very excited to see the newsletter that June-June has been working on. Next week will be a stressful one, but we are strong, committed, and confident in our abilities. Make sure to keep tuning in for more updates!
